Strength Training for Trail running workshop

Strength Training is very important to trail running athletes, which helps to improve the performance during the race effectively. And it can help trail runners comprehensively overcome muscular imbalances en route to becoming stronger, more efficient, and less injury-prone with no special machine but only core strength training.

The workshop is provided by PRO TRAINING Main Coach Perrie Lau and the team. He is a qualified coach of IRONMAN and tutor from IPTFA (International Personal Trainers and Fitness Academy).

Functional Strength for Trail running

This simple, authoritative guide shows triathletes of all levels how to effectively strength train at home with functional moves that challenge the body in multiple planes of motion to enhance stability and ignite the neuromuscular system for better performance. Detailed instructions show you how to incorporate the Functional Strength Training Model into your existing training plan. The book features a ready-made, customizable program with lots of pictures so you can start getting stronger before your next race.

Remarks:

  1. The training class will be cancelled should there be insufficient participants. Registration fee will be refunded in total if the training class is cancelled due to insufficient participants.
  2. Organizer reserves the right to change the class venue, date or training route for unforeseen reason. No refund will be arranged due to the arrangement or change.
  3. After deducting the operation cost, the registration fee of pre-race training will be donated to the beneficiary.
