Strength Training for Trail running workshop
Strength Training is very important to trail running athletes, which helps to improve the performance during the race effectively. And it can help trail runners comprehensively overcome muscular imbalances en route to becoming stronger, more efficient, and less injury-prone with no special machine but only core strength training.
The workshop is provided by PRO TRAINING Main Coach Perrie Lau and the team. He is a qualified coach of IRONMAN and tutor from IPTFA (International Personal Trainers and Fitness Academy).
